The Step-by-Step Secrets to Winning with Forex

When 95% of traders are losing money, what makes you think you can win? To see your chances of succeeding in Forex, here is a checklist for becoming one of the elite traders who are making tremendous long-term profits.

The following are a few ways to lose money. You may wish to change your mind immediately if you are thinking of trying any of them. Do this to avoid losses and continue your Forex education!

1. Following a Forex Robot with Simulated Gains - You can apparently achieve success without any effort as promised by these, but you are asked to accept their track records simulated going backwards. Your equity will be destroyed by trying them.

2. Day trading and Scalping - Due to the random short term volatility, this method simply doesn't work. Like the robots, even people selling these always have simulated track records.

Many more of these all fall into the category of trying to find someone else to give you success. This does not work in Forex markets.

Apart from needing a trading edge, you also have to understand ways and reasons of it leading you to success. Let’s look at this in detail.

Success Comes From Within

The combination of a simple robust helping you to understand and trade with discipline is what Forex trading is about.

You need to know what you are doing to trade with discipline. This translates into having confidence, which you definitely don't get from someone telling you what to do. You get confidence from your own knowledge and learning.

Discipline & Losses

As you have to keep executing trading signals through losing periods, discipline is hard. This must be continued until you hit a home run, even when the market is fooling you and taking your money.

A Trading Edge

What separates your Forex trading system from the 95% losers is your trading edge. You can determine your trading edge and how will it help you beat the majority. You don’t have one if you don't know what it is.

Few succeed in the simple-looking Forex trading. These elements are present in the winners’ Forex trading strategy:

Using simple robust Forex trading system

- Having solid ground in the basics of Forex trading

- Knowing exactly why THEIR system will lead THEM to success

- Having confidence and discipline to stick with their plan

- Knowing only they are responsible for their Forex trading success

You have to stand alone, be confident of your actions and be disciplined to follow your plan in Forex trading.

Success is in YOUR Hands

Sounds simple; however, it actually depends on your approach to Forex trading - with the right mindset and getting right education. The trader beats him/herself, rather than the market beating the trader in Forex trading.

Learn the basic fundamentals, get a suitable system, become confident, get an edge and be disciplined. Do all of these to enjoy currency trading success.

Rushing into a Relationship

Are you trying to hurry getting into a relationship? If so then you are probably trying too hard. This tends to happen when you see that most of your friends have steady partners, when you feel it is time for you to get married, or when you feel lonely. You tend to rush into an affair, and you are willing to commit to someone despite that that person might not be the right match. This beckons future complications, not to mention even more heartbreak. So why do people behave in this manner, and is there a solution for this problem?

Experiencing the desire to be in a relationship is only natural. It is a biological occurrence and there is nothing unhealthy or immoral about it. In fact, it is an indispensable part of development. The problem creeps in when you enter a relationship to gratify some other yearnings that have no part in the actual relationship.

For example, problems at work, at home, or with your health may make you believe that having a companion is a solution. You may want to escape the situation you are currently in with someone else’s help and by seeking a happier life. This may eventually ruin your relationship because you are getting into it with a load of your own baggage.

You can avoid this in two ways. First, either solve your problems, or second, ensure that your partner supports you from the onset. You must be clear about everything to your future partner and ascertain their support.

Sometimes, failing to get into a relationship repeatedly can lower your self-confidence and make you feel inadequate or unimportant. You obviously want to feel good about yourself instead of feeling so miserable. This may make you plunge into the relationship without really thinking about it. It’s you needing a partner just to prove to yourself that you are capable of attaining one.

Therefore you may end up easily choosing the wrong person and subsequently you would just hurt both yourself as well as the other person. I know because I’ve been there. Thus you should never go into a relationship based on such reasons. Before beginning a relationship, carefully examine yourself, your requirements, and find out what kind of qualities you seek in a partner.

Only when you are sure of these aspects should you start looking for the right individual for yourself. This is the safest and surest way to attain bliss and happiness in love and in life.

01/2010 PRESS RELEASE

Record 2.9 Million U.S. Properties Receive Foreclosure Filings in 2010 Despite 30-Month Low in December:

Florida Foreclosure Activity Drops 22 Percent in December, but Bank Repossessions Spike more than 45 Percent in Nevada, Arizona, California

IRVINE, Calif. - January 2011 - RealtyTrac, the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, today released its Year-End 2010 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, which shows a total of 3,825,637 foreclosure filings - default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions - were reported on a record 2,871,891 U.S. properties in 2010, an increase of nearly 2 percent from 2009 and an increase of 23 percent from 2008. The report also shows that 2.23 percent of all U.S. housing units (one in 45) received at least one foreclosure filing during the year, up from 2.21 percent in 2009, 1.84 percent in 2008, 1.03 percent in 2007 and 0.58 percent in 2006.

Foreclosure filings were reported on 257,747 U.S. properties in December, a decrease of nearly 2 percent from the previous month and down 26 percent from December 2009 - the biggest annual drop in foreclosure activity since RealtyTrac began publishing its foreclosure report in January 2005 and giving December the lowest monthly total since June 2008.

December Default notices (NOD, LIS) decreased 4 percent from the previous month and were down 35 percent from December 2009; Scheduled foreclosure auctions (NTS, NFS) decreased 3 percent from the previous month and were down 20 percent from December 2009; and bank repossessions (REO) increased nearly 4 percent from the previous month - thanks in part to substantial month-over-month increases in some states such as Nevada (71 percent increase), Arizona (52 percent increase) and California (47 percent increase) - but were still down 24 percent from December 2009.

Foreclosure filings were reported on 799,064 U.S. properties in the fourth quarter, a 14 percent decrease from the previous quarter and an 8 percent decrease from the fourth quarter of 2009. The fourth quarter total was the lowest quarterly total since Q4 2008.

Total properties receiving foreclosure filings would have easily exceeded 3 million in 2010 had it not been for the fourth quarter drop in foreclosure activity - triggered primarily by the continuing controversy surrounding foreclosure documentation and procedures that prompted many major lenders to temporarily halt some foreclosure proceedings, said James J. Saccacio, chief executive officer of RealtyTrac. Even so, 2010 foreclosure activity still hit a record high for our report, and many of the foreclosure proceedings that were stopped in late 2010 - which we estimate may be as high as a quarter million - will likely be re-started and add to the numbers in early 2011.

Nevada, Arizona, Florida post top state foreclosure rates

More than 9 percent of Nevada housing units (one in 11) received at least one foreclosure filing in 2010, giving it the nation?s highest state foreclosure rate for the fourth consecutive year despite a 5 percent decrease in foreclosure activity from 2009. Nevada foreclosure activity in December increased 18 percent from the previous month and was up 14 percent from December 2009. Fourth quarter foreclosure activity in Nevada decreased nearly 7 percent from the previous quarter but increased 19 percent from the fourth quarter of 2009.

Arizona registered the nation's second highest state foreclosure rate for the second year in a row, with 5.73 percent of its housing units (one in 17) receiving at least one foreclosure filing in 2010, and Florida registered the nation?s third highest foreclosure rate, with 5.51 percent of its housing units (one in 18) receiving at least one foreclosure filing during the year.

Other states with 2010 foreclosure rates ranking among the nation's 10 highest were California (4.08 percent), Utah (3.44 percent), Georgia (3.25 percent), Michigan (3.00 percent), Idaho (2.98 percent), Illinois (2.87 percent), and Colorado (2.51 percent).

California, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and Michigan account for half of national total

Five states accounted for 51 percent of the nation?s total foreclosure activity in 2010: California, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and Michigan. Together these five states documented nearly 1.5 million properties receiving a foreclosure filing during the year despite annual decreases in the three states with the most foreclosure activity.

A total of 546,669 California properties received a foreclosure filing in 2010, a decrease of nearly 14 percent from 2009 but still the largest state total. After hitting a two-year low in November, California foreclosure activity rebounded nearly 15 percent higher in December but was still down 18 percent from December 2009.

Florida posted the nation's second biggest total in 2010, with 485,286 properties receiving a foreclosure filing - a 6 percent decrease from 2009. Florida foreclosure activity in December hit the lowest monthly level since July 2007, down 22 percent from the previous month and down nearly 54 percent from December 2009.

A total of 155,878 Arizona properties received a foreclosure filing in 2010, a 4 percent decrease from 2009 but the third biggest state total for the third straight year. Arizona foreclosure activity in December jumped nearly 31 percent higher from a 32-month low in November, but was still down nearly 33 percent from December 2009.

Illinois posted the fourth biggest state total, with 151,304 properties receiving a foreclosure filing in 2010, and Michigan posted the fifth biggest state total, with 135,874 properties receiving a foreclosure filing during the year. Foreclosure activity in both states increased about 15 percent from 2009.

Other states with 2010 totals among the 10 biggest in the country were Georgia (130,966), Texas (118,923), Ohio (108,160), Nevada (106,160), and New Jersey (64,808).

Report methodology

The RealtyTrac Year-End U.S. Foreclosure Market Report provides a count of the total number of properties with at least one foreclosure filing entered into the RealtyTrac database during the year. Some foreclosure filings entered into the database during the year may have been recorded in the previous year. Data is collected from more than 2,200 counties nationwide, and those counties account for more than 90 percent of the U.S. population. RealtyTrac?s report incorporates documents filed in all three phases of foreclosure: Default - Notice of Default (NOD) and Lis Pendens (LIS); Auction - Notice of Trustee Sale and Notice of Foreclosure Sale (NTS and NFS); and Real Estate Owned, or REO properties (that have been foreclosed on and repurchased by a bank). For the annual and quarterly reports, if more than one foreclosure document is received for a property during the year or quarter, only the most recent filing is counted in the report. The annual, quarterly and monthly reports all check if the same type of document was filed against a property previously. If so, and if that previous filing occurred within the estimated foreclosure timeframe for the state where the property is located, the report does not count the property in the current year, quarter or month.

Forum Marketing Can Become Addicting

Forum marketing is a great means of marketing if it is done correctly. However, it can be the financial equivalent of stepping on a land mine. Forum marketing basically shows your expertise and helps your build a reputation. That is, if you do it the right way. On the other hand, doing it incorrectly will only reflect your lack of expertise and turns your name into mud.

Once you have decided which forums you will use, go through their rules and regulations. Each forum’s rules and regulations are different. Many have banned topics, and some allow advertisements while others do not. So the first thing to do is learn the rules of the road because not following the forum’s rules will terminate your profile. Furthermore, even if allowed you should not advertise through your posts or comments. Rely on the signature to promote you and your business.

Before you start actually posting go thoroughly through the forum’s contents once. Reading through the forum will give you a good idea about what the forum is all about and the best way to approach it. Trying to barge in will have a negative impact within the forum and that is one land mine you surely want to avoid.

Always remember that along with newcomers the best known brains in the online marketing industry are also posting on these forums. So, before you post something on a given topic or try to comment on a post make sure you have the necessary expertise to comment. If you do not have the necessary knowledge and shoot from the hip then at best you will be ignored, or at worse, experienced marketers will call you to task and that will certainly ruin your reputation.

There is nothing wrong in creating a little controversy in these forums. I sometimes acquire some of my best and most successful business ideas from such forum topics which have created some form of argument among the ranks, but understand that this is entirely different than being called a fraud. This means if you are called to task then you should be ready to back up your argument with evidence.

Therefore, comment when you can help someone with a problem, otherwise keep mum. The objective of forums is all about helping each member with a common goal. If you can provide help then go for it because whether good or bad, the reputation you create on the forums will be synonymous with you throughout your online career in internet marketing.

Forex Trading Tools & The Three Trend Line Strategy

There is no one single super smart FOREX trading tool that gives you profit, profit, and more profit. The only possible solution is using a combination of different tools to identify the favorable market forces to get the most high probability trades over a period of time. Trend lines are the most popular and reliable FOREX trading tool that successful traders will recommend.

Trend Lines are an important tool for trend identification and confirmation in technical analysis. Trend lines are straight lines that connect two or more price points and extend into the future to guide you.

There will be lines drawn across significant lows in an uptrend, and across significant highs in a downtrend. To roughly classify trend lines, we can divide them into three types: short term trend lines, medium term trend lines, and long term trend lines.

1. Short Term Trend Lines

These lines are drawn across the most recent two lows for an uptrend or across most recent two highs for a downtrend. The best observations are found on a smaller time frame such as a 15 minute or 30 minute chart.

2. Medium Term Trend Lines

These are best observed on a higher time frame like a 60 minute chart. These lines either connect the nearest significant low to current price action to the previous significant low in an uptrend or the nearest significant high to current price action to the previous significant high in a downtrend.

3. Long Term Trend Lines

These use higher time frames such as the 4 hour chart or the daily chart to draw long term trend lines using the same method of Medium Term Trend Lines. The long term trend line is considered as an effective FOREX trading tool. The daily chart is used mostly by traders of big institutions who do not usually engage in small moves on an intraday level.

By drawing a trend line on a daily chart you can graphically analyze where price is and where it is likely to bounce, but you should employ trend lines as a FOREX trading tool with caution and discretion. Covering your charts with every trend line possible will result in confusion and blurry analysis.

It is not a good idea to rely completely on a short time trend line as these merely give you a defined picture of current price action. These are broken often during the course of a day. Their main use is to give you a clear, instantly recognizable graphical representation of current price behavior.

If you notice the price coming back to test a trend line on the higher time frames, look at other factors. Draw in horizontal lines to mark key support and resistance using previous highs and lows. Draw Fibonacci retracement and extension levels. Calculate the daily pivot points and put them on your chart. Have the 200 EMA (Exponential Moving Average) shown on your charts.

Do this and you will maximize the benefits of the three trend line strategy.

11/2010 PRESS RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. - Nov. 2010 - RealtyTrac® (realtytrac.com), the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, today released its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for October 2010, which shows foreclosure filings - default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions - were reported on 332,172 properties in October, a 4 percent decrease from the previous month and almost exactly the same total reported in October 2009. One in every 389 U.S. housing units received a foreclosure filing during the month.

"October marks the 20th consecutive month where over 300,000 U.S. homeowners received a foreclosure notice," said James J. Saccacio, chief executive officer at RealtyTrac. "The numbers probably would have been higher except for the fallout from the recent 'robo-signing' controversy - which is the most likely reason for the 9 percent monthly drop in REOs we saw from September to October and which may result in further decreases in November."

Foreclosure Activity by Type

A total of 100,575 U.S. properties received default notices (NOD, LIS) in October, a 2 percent decrease from the previous month and a 19 percent decrease from October 2009 - the ninth straight month where default notices have decreased on a year-over-year basis.

Default notices were still up on a monthly basis in several states: Florida LIS were up 2 percent from the previous month; Ohio LIS were up 10 percent; and Illinois LIS were up 24 percent. Meanwhile, NODs decreased on a monthly basis in California (down 9 percent from the previous month), Nevada (down 17 percent), and Michigan (down 18 percent).

Foreclosure auctions (NTS, NFS) were scheduled for the first time on a total of 138,361 U.S. properties in October, a 3 percent decrease from the previous month but still a 6 percent increase from October 2009. Scheduled auctions decreased month-over-month in 26 states and the District of Columbia, while 16 states posted year-over-year decreases in scheduled auctions.

Lenders foreclosed on 93,236 U.S. properties in October, down 9 percent from the record high in the previous month but still up 21 percent from October 2009. Bank repossessions (REOs) decreased month-over month in 33 states and the District of Columbia, while 14 states posted year-over-year decreases in REOs. Including October, lenders have foreclosed on an average of more than 91,000 properties each month this year.

Nevada, Florida, Arizona Post Top State Foreclosure Rates

Nevada continued to document the nation's highest state foreclosure rate in October, with one in every 79 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing during the month - nearly five times the national average. A total of 14,205 Nevada properties received a foreclosure filing during the month, a decrease of 13 percent from the previous month but an increase of nearly 3 percent from October 2009 - the first year-over-year increase in Nevada foreclosure activity since September 2009.

Florida foreclosure activity increased on a year-over-year basis for the second straight month following five straight months of annual decreases, helping the state to maintain the nation's second highest state foreclosure rate for the third month in a row. One in every 155 Florida housing units received a foreclosure filing during the month, 2.5 times the national average.

One in every 165 Arizona housing units received a foreclosure filing in October, the nation's third highest state foreclosure rate for the third month in a row. A total of 16,538 Arizona properties received a foreclosure filing during the month, a decrease of 3 percent from the previous month but an increase of nearly 24 percent from October 2009 - the second straight month where the state's foreclosure activity increased on a year-over-year basis following seven straight months of annual decreases in foreclosure activity.

Other states with foreclosure rates ranking among the top 10 in October were California, Michigan, Utah, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois and Colorado.

Five States Account for More Than 50 percent of National Total

California alone accounted for 20 percent of the national total in October, with 66,475 properties receiving a foreclosure filing during the month - a nearly 12 percent decrease from the previous month and a decrease of 22 percent from October 2009.

A total of 56,858 Florida properties received a foreclosure filing in October, the nation's second highest state total and accounting for 17 percent of the national total.

With 19,288 properties receiving a foreclosure filing in October, Michigan posted the nation's third highest state foreclosure activity total and accounted for nearly 6 percent of the national total. Michigan foreclosure activity decreased nearly 12 percent from the previous month but was still up 17 percent from October 2009.

Foreclosure filings were reported on 16,969 Illinois properties and 16,538 Arizona properties in October, with each state accounting for roughly 5 percent of the national total.

Other states with foreclosure activity totals among the nation's 10 highest in October were Georgia (14,850), Nevada (14,205), Ohio (13,233), Texas (13,008), and Washington (6,346).

Top 10 Metro Foreclosure Rates in Nevada, California and Florida

Foreclosure activity in Las Vegas-Paradise, Nev., increased less than 1 percent from October 2009 and the metro area continued to post the highest foreclosure rate among metropolitan areas with a population of 200,000 or more - one in every 70 housing units received a foreclosure filing during the month. Reno-Sparks, Nev., also documented a foreclosure rate in the top 10, at No. 9 with one in every 122 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing in October.

With one in every 96 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing in October, Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Fla., posted the nation's second highest metro foreclosure rate for the month. Other Florida metro areas with foreclosure rates in the top 10 were Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach at No. 7 and Orlando-Kissimmee at No. 10.

Modesto, Calif., posted the nation's third highest metro foreclosure rate, with one in every 102 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing in October. Other California metro areas with foreclosure rates in the top 10 were Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario at No. 4, Stockton at No. 5, Merced at No. 6, and Vallejo-Fairfield at No. 8.

All top 10 metro areas posted month-over-month decreases in foreclosure activity, and seven of the top 10 posted year-over-year decreases in foreclosure activity.

Report Methodology

The RealtyTrac U.S. Foreclosure Market Report provides a count of the total number of properties with at least one foreclosure filing entered into the RealtyTrac database during the month - broken out by type of filing. Some foreclosure filings entered into the database during the month may have been recorded in previous months. Data is collected from more than 2,200 counties nationwide, and those counties account for more than 90 percent of the U.S. population. RealtyTrac's report incorporates documents filed in all three phases of foreclosure: Default - Notice of Default (NOD) and Lis Pendens (LIS); Auction - Notice of Trustee Sale and Notice of Foreclosure Sale (NTS and NFS); and Real Estate Owned, or REO properties (that have been foreclosed on and repurchased by a bank). The report does not count a property again if it receives the same type of foreclosure filing multiple times within the estimated foreclosure timeframe for the state where the property is located.

7 Ways to Make Money Using Only Your Opt-in List

An opt-in list can be quite crucial to any website or internet based company. Even for a small venture such as a niche website, an opt-in list can make a world of difference plus add some extra income to your pocket. It is quite rare that you would see an e-commerce website, whether big or small, that does not have an opt-in list.

An opt-in list allows for a company to market their products and website through e-mail. With an opt-in list, a website and a subscriber consents to sending and receiving, respectively, a newsletter from your company. Through this, you can keep your subscribers in the loop of what is currently available on your website as well as what is soon coming out.

Because of the mutual consent between the two parties, any e-mail sent to the subscriber is not considered spam. There are a great number of successfully read promotional materials such as catalogs, newsletters, and such that are sent because the subscribers themselves have signed up for them, meaning, they do want to be sent those items.

Therefore, building a list is crucial, yet only a small percentage of website visitors actually subscribe to an opt-in list. Many people find promotional e-mails annoying, but if you provide a good newsletter or promotional material, you will see your list build and grow. You can also achieve this by having quality content on your website. If people like what they see and read on your website, then they surely would want more. Newsletters would be a way to attract them back to your site, so offer a little teaser or appetizer on your website if you will.

In addition to marketing your products and services, an opt-in list can also be used to earn extra profit. Not all lists can be used though. It would be good to first build a successful list with a huge number of subscribers. The more subscribers you have, the more money you can make. Here are seven ways to make money using nothing more than your opt-in list.

1. Place advertisements.

There are many corporations who will be willing to pay to put their banners and ads on a list with many subscribers. Selling or renting out lists is not a good idea, so rather than doing that, many companies would just rather place ads with lists that have a huge subscriber base. Your newsletter could be placed with many ads and each one spells money.

2. Affiliate with other companies that are similar or somehow related to the subject of your website.

In this instance, other companies provide links and brief descriptions of their products and services. With each click made on the link that directs or leads a subscriber from your list to their site, the company will pay you. This P4P or pay for performance.

3. Make deals with other companies by asking for a small percentage of sales done through your list.

With each sale that comes from your list and has gone there because of your newsletter, the partnering company will pay you a small percentage of your sales. The more purchasers, the more you earn.

4. You may also get products from other websites on a consignment basis to sell to your list through your newsletter.

Place descriptions, articles, and photos of the product in your newsletter. For those who do buy from you, you can order the product from the other site and sell it to your buyer.

5. Sell e-books or a compilation of your articles to your opt-in list.

Manuals and how-to articles are in great demand. Many people will be willing to shell out money to gain knowledge about a certain topic and subject. With your existing list trusting your expertise in that area, an e-book could be offered and sold or used as an incentive.

6. Create a network out of your list.

Get people to invite more people to view your website and subscribe to your list. The larger your list, the more people who will be able to click on your links and affiliate links as well as make your advertisement income higher.

7. Subscribers are willing to pay for information from whom and that they can trust and rely upon.

Use your list to get more and more people to subscribe to you as well as browse your website. Lastly, you can use your list to earn money by making them your partners. Your list will be the bloodline of your growth and increase.

See how with these 7 ways of just using your opt-in list that you can make money? With so many products out there as well as so many product creators that you do not know who to trust, subscribers getting to know you by being part of an opt-in list can reduce a lot of skepticism. Plus, for you the website owner, getting sales is more guaranteed this way than relying on a traffic exchange site where your website’s visitors are only trying to earn credits, or relying on pay to click sites where these visitors are only viewing your website so they can earn a few cents.

Drive Traffic with a Tell-A-Friend Script

More and more webmasters have the recurring dilemma about increasing the traffic flow on their websites. Many methods have been developed in the past few years to solve this predicament, and while most of those methods would work there are those that would not make even a small impact.

Viral marketing is one of the methods that have spawned many success stories as far as driving website traffic. This method uses the tendency of someone to share something informative, entertaining, or amazing.

Many companies bank on this behavior to spread the work about their products and increase the popularity of their company and their website. Viral marketing uses many mediums to entice this behavior. It might be in the form of an interesting story, an addicting flash game, an amusing video, and whatever else may catch a person’s interest.

This ingenious form of marketing is typically low cost and is a wonderful tool for any company to utilize. The benefits greatly overshadow the cost or efforts to initialize this marketing scheme. Therefore, any website would greatly benefit from viral marketing.

Tell-A-Friend Script

One of the easiest methods of viral marketing is using a tell-a-friend script. This is a simple script you can attach to the HTML of JavaScript on your website. Generally, tell-a-friend scripts are installed on pages where a medium is placed so a person can easily send the medium to his or her friends or family members.

The basic concept of a tell-a-friend script is where a person may input his name, e-mail address, and the recipient’s e-mail address and send the medium to the intended recipient much like an e-mail with an attachment. As the recipient receives the e-mail he or she wouldn’t think of the e-mail as spam because he or she would see the sender’s name as someone he or she knows and trust.

Tell-a-friend scripts greatly eliminate the chances of being blocked because they use the information input by the sender. This allows for widespread marketing using the viral marketing method. It can be quite sneaky, but it is very effective.

With the e-mail sent and opened the sent medium will either be read, viewed, or played. Also, along with the e-mail would be a brief description of the company or site that sponsors the medium that was sent. This allows for introduction of the site, the company name, or its products. Along with it is another tell-a-friend script.

The process then begins again. As more people use the tell-a-friend script, more and more people will know of the existence of the sponsoring company or site. People who read the ads inside the e-mail who liked what they saw would go and click on the link and visit the site. This drives traffic onto the site resulting in a great number of potential customers.

Tell-A-Friend Script Availability

A tell-a-friend script is very simple and does not require a complicated method of programming. In fact, you can copy paste a piece of code and simply put it on an intended page. Finding one is even simpler. All you have to do is go to a search engine and type in the search box “tell-a-friend script”, then press enter or click go.

The search results will show you many links that will direct you to a site where you can obtain a tell-a-friend script. It’s just a simple matter of searching for the script and copying it to your intended web page.

With a tell-a-friend script viral marketing strategy you can drive traffic onto your site which could potentially spell profits. This is a simple script that offers great benefits for low cost along with great creativity and foresight.

It is imperative that you have patience in using a tell-a-friend script. If your chosen medium doesn’t get the mileage that is expected of it, it may take some time before it gets spread or shared. On the other hand, many people will see your ads, and there is great probability that they will visit your site increasing your traffic flow.

10/14/2010 PRESS RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. - Oct. 14, 2010 - RealtyTrac (realtytrac.com), the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, today released its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for the third quarter of 2010, which shows that foreclosure filings - default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions - were reported on 930,437 properties in the third quarter, a nearly 4 percent increase from the previous quarter but a 1 percent decrease from the third quarter of 2009. One in every 139 U.S. housing units received a foreclosure filing during the quarter.

Foreclosure filings were reported on 347,420 U.S. properties in September, an increase of nearly 3 percent from the previous month and an increase of 1 percent from September 2009. A record total of 102,134 bank repossessions were reported in September, the first time bank repossessions have surpassed the 100,000 mark in a single month.

"Lenders foreclosed on a record number of properties in September and in the third quarter, taking a bite out of the backlog of distressed properties where the foreclosure process was delayed by foreclosure prevention efforts over the past 20 months," said James J. Saccacio, chief executive officer of RealtyTrac. "We expect to see a dip in those bank repossessions - and possibly earlier stages of the foreclosure process - in the fourth quarter as several major lenders have halted foreclosure sales in some states while they review irregularities in foreclosure-processing documentation that has been called into question in recent weeks."

Impact of lender foreclosure halts:

Foreclosure activity in the 24 judicial foreclosure states most affected by the foreclosure documentation issue accounted for 40 percent of all foreclosure activity in the third quarter and 36 percent of bank repossessions, or REOs.
"If the lenders can resolve the documentation issue quickly, then we would expect the temporary lull in foreclosure activity to be followed by a parallel spike in activity as many of the delayed foreclosures move forward in the foreclosure process," Saccacio said. "However, if the documentation issue cannot be quickly resolved and expands to more lenders we could see a chilling effect on the overall housing market as sales of pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties, which account for nearly one-third of all sales, dry up and the shadow inventory of distressed properties grows - causing more uncertainty about home prices."

Preliminary RealtyTrac foreclosure sales numbers for September show that overall foreclosure sales - including pre-foreclosure sales and REO sales - accounted for 31 percent of all sales during the month. REO sales alone accounted for 18 percent of all sales. Foreclosure sales in the 24 states most affected by the foreclosure documentation issue accounted for 32 percent of all foreclosure sales nationwide, based on the preliminary September data.

Foreclosure Activity by Type:

During the quarter a total of 269,647 properties received default notices (Notices of Default or Lis Pendens), a decrease of 1 percent from the previous quarter and a decrease of 21 percent from the third quarter of 2009, when default notices peaked at more than 342,000.

Foreclosure auctions were scheduled for the first time on a total of 372,445 properties during the quarter, the highest quarterly total for scheduled auctions in the history of the report. Scheduled auctions increased 5 percent from the previous quarter and were up 4 percent from the third quarter of 2009.

Bank repossessions (REOs) also hit a record high for the report in the third quarter, with a total of 288,345 properties repossessed by the lender during the quarter - an increase of 7 percent from the previous quarter and an increase of 22 percent from the third quarter of 2009.
Nevada, Arizona, Florida post top state foreclosure rates in third quarter:

As it has for the past 15 quarters, Nevada continued to document the nation's highest state foreclosure rate in the third quarter of 2010 despite a year-over-year decline in foreclosure activity. One in every 29 Nevada housing units received a foreclosure filing during the quarter, almost five times the national average. Nevada foreclosure activity increased nearly 1 percent from the previous quarter but was down nearly 20 percent from the third quarter of 2009.

Arizona posted the nation's second highest state foreclosure rate for the fifth consecutive quarter, with one in every 55 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing, and Florida posted the nations third highest state foreclosure rate for the fourth consecutive quarter, with one in every 56 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing.

With one in every 70 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing during the third quarter, California documented the nation's fourth highest foreclosure rate, followed by Idaho, with one in every 86 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing during the quarter. A total of 7,424 Idaho housing units received a foreclosure filing during the quarter, an increase of nearly 20 percent from the previous quarter and an increase of nearly 14 percent from the third quarter of 2009.

Other states with foreclosure rates ranking among the top 10 in the third quarter were Utah, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois and Hawaii.

Five states account for more than 50 percent of nation's third quarter total:

California alone accounted for 21 percent of the nation's total foreclosure activity in the third quarter, with 191,016 properties receiving a foreclosure notice - the nation's largest foreclosure activity total. California foreclosure activity decreased nearly 1 percent from the previous quarter and was down nearly 24 percent from the third quarter of 2009.

Florida foreclosure activity increased 12 percent from the previous quarter and was flat from a year ago, giving the state the second largest foreclosure activity total, with 157,026 properties receiving a foreclosure filing.

With 49,103 properties receiving a foreclosure filing in the third quarter, Arizona posted the nation's third largest state foreclosure activity total. Arizona foreclosure activity increased nearly 8 percent from the previous quarter but was down 2 percent from the third quarter of 2009.

Illinois posted the nation's fourth largest foreclosure activity total, with 47,802 properties receiving foreclosure filings, and Michigan posted the nation's fifth largest foreclosure activity total, with 46,100 properties receiving foreclosure filings. Foreclosure activity in both Illinois and Michigan increased on a quarterly and annual basis in the third quarter.
Other states with foreclosure activity totals among the nation's 10 highest were Georgia (41,231), Nevada (38,429), Ohio (36,677), Texas (34,187) and Washington (17,670)
Report methodology:

The RealtyTrac U.S. Foreclosure Market Report provides a count of the total number of properties with at least one foreclosure filing entered into the RealtyTrac database during the month and quarter - broken out by type of filing. Some foreclosure filings entered into the database during a month or quarter may have been recorded in previous months or quarters. For the quarterly report, if more than one foreclosure document is received for a property during the quarter, only the most recent filing is counted in the report. Both the quarterly and monthly reports check if the same type of document was filed against a property previously. If so, and if that previous filing occurred within the estimated foreclosure timeframe for the state where the property is located, the report does not count the property in the current month or quarter.

Experience Family Camping in France

Experiencing France for the first time is something every family should try. Touring the main cities and seeing the known landmarks can be quite a memorable experience, but what’s more exciting awaits outside the busy streets of the urban landscape. A family camping experience in France is a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors while at the same time getting a chance to see France in a whole new light.

The country’s rural landscape, scenic vineyards, valleys, beaches, and mountain landscapes can give your family the perfect holiday memory that will last a lifetime.

However, bringing your whole family to France for a holiday camping trip can be quite tricky. This is especially true when you are on a budget. This means you may have to look for various means to shave the expenses. You will need to plan the trip in advance to get discount airline tickets. Planning ahead will also help you find a good campsite and will give you some time to book or reserve camp accommodations if necessary.

Some campsites in France do require advance bookings, especially the more popular ones that have a limit to the number of campers allowed at the site. Nonetheless, there are smaller and more personal campsites scattered in France so I do believe that you will not fail in getting a campsite for your family.

Probably the best way to go about selecting a campsite is to decide where in France you would like to visit. Brittany, for example, has several great campsites that offer discount prices for family campers and tourists alike. It is a good idea to decide ahead of time so that the experience becomes worthwhile and memorable.

After you decide where to go, it would be a good idea to determine the best time to go. May to September is usually the open season for campsites in France with July and August being the most ideal time due to the wonderful weather during these two months. You will find more entertainment and attractions open in these two months, so if you want a more quiet vacation for your family, you might want to book earlier in the season or even in September.

When you set out for France be sure to bring your camping gear with you although some campsites do have camping facilities including tents or similar camping accommodations. It would be best to ask the campsite for details regarding the facilities and services being offered so you will know the specific camping gear and equipment you should bring. If you opt for a campsite that offers the bare necessities, then it is recommended that you bring all of your camping gear with you. Camping equipment can be quite expensive to purchase in France, especially during the peak season.

A family camping experience in France is something you can tell to your grandchildren. It is definitely a great and unique experience. It is also a good vacation trip that is certain, with proper planning, that your whole family will enjoy.

The Wrong Reasons for Getting into a Relationship

Do you feel that all of your relationships have perpetually gone down hill, even though it is not your fault? Then you should stop and think whether you are getting into a relationship for the wrong reasons. Getting into a relationship for the wrong reasons may well bring about a lot of heartache and potential future disaster.

A common mistake is getting into a relationship because you are lonely. Many women hang on to their boyfriends out of a sheer fear of loneliness, even if their boyfriends don’t treat them well, are abusive, immature, and disrespectful. A lot of women think that a bad boyfriend is better than no boyfriend at all. A lot of men think the same way.

However, this is a route leading to potential future disaster and is best avoided. If you can see yourself approaching someone just to have someone to enjoy the weekend with, then reproach yourself because this is a big mistake. Instead, get together with your single friends and spend time. Have a girls or guys night out.

A lot of people get into a relationship out of peer pressure. As more and more of your friends find boyfriends and girlfriends, and they get deeper into their relationships, some even getting engaged, you may often feel sad or depressed as to why you are not able to experience the pleasure they do. You may often feel that there is something wrong with you if you are still single.

There are even a few women (and men) who have an intense need to be like their friends so they often get into a relationship with the first person they see. However, there is nothing wrong with being single. There are many people who are single and happy, so find a hobby or something to engage yourself with.

Another common reason for people to rush into a relationship is they feel that they are missing something, and often they think that it is a male or female presence. However, as they soon find out, a boyfriend or girlfriend rarely solves the problem. The empty space that they used to feel usually still remains, maybe not physically, but mentally and emotionally.

The presence of these empty feelings may damage the relationship further down the line. When they enter a relationship, the man or woman will sooner or later detect these insecurities, and he or she will not likely want to take the relationship further. This leads both partners in that relationship to be hurt.

As you can see, getting into relationships for the wrong reasons may damage your relationships later on, causing many problems and a lot of heartache. When you do get into a relationship, do so not because you need to but because you want to. Getting into a relationship should never be done under any sort of duress.

Countries With The Best Climate #7 -- Argentina

Here is #7 for Countries where the weather is perfect year round according to Jackie Flynn. Seventh place belongs to Argentina.

Argentina’s climate ranges from subtropical in the north to humid and steamy in the center to cold and temperate in the south. The Andes region has erratic rainfall, flash floods in summer, searing heat, snow at higher elevations, and the Zonda—a hot, dry wind.

The lowlands receive sufficient rainfall to support swampy forests and upland savanna, but rainfall decreases from east to west. Shallow summer flooding is common in the east. Also, the dry winter season is pronounced, and the summer heat can be brutal. The flat Pampas areas are also vulnerable to flooding. Patagonia is mild yearround in the east and glacial in the south.

“The Short San Juan Summer” is an unusual meteorological phenomena that occurs in June in the middle of Argentina’s winter. The inhabitants of Buenos Aires gave it this name because it reaches the area by June 24, the date when San Juan el Bautista was born. This weather rarity can last between three and seven days with temperatures sometimes as high as 75°F (24°C). Therefore, it is not unusual to see people lying in the sun at city’s squares in the middle of the Argentine winter.

While it is summer in North America, it is winter in South America.

Be as Happy as You Want to Be

A lot of people must have heard the song 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin at one time or another. The song has a catchy way of conveying its message to everyone about being happy. Bobby McFerrin’s simple message surely motivated a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient, and optimistic life is wonderful, and it is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from all the stress in your life. That’s good because stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

One of the best things ever said is – “The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change”. In our lives we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation, we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, so accept people for whom or what they are and avoid clashes and constant arguments. Also, let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable, still try and make an effort to understand the situation, and you might just get along with well with it.

Happiness is actually found in everyone, so increasing it is a way to make life more wonderful and healthier.

Being happy is relatively easy. Just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, or how bright or dull their outlook will be. The choice is simple really, so choose to be happy.

There are several ways which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely. Thank the cook for a wonderful dinner. Even thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also, thank the mailman for bringing you your mail, thank the policeman for making your place safe, and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers, and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and is too important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do, and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say – “Laughter is the best medicine”.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship, and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep built-up anger or frustrations as this is bad for your health. Instead, find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us. They give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel are worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also helps us expand and broaden our horizons and could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk, and do other things that your body was made for! Feel alive!

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins, and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

Finally, always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln. "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Marking Your Presence through Forums

Being involved in the business of network, you will know that participating in forums is an effective way to grow your downline if you do forum marketing the right way. If you are using forums to build your downline, there are two basic things you must do regularly to get hundreds of your target audience interested in checking you out and joining your team.

Regular Participation

Inability to use forum marketing everyday is overlooked quite often. Most people think after joining a forum and participating for a few days that people will check them out. Unfortunately, they generate no leads because you must post regularly before anybody will check you out.

Here is what you should do for maximum results. First, locate three to five forums that are in your network marketing field by searching on Google. By doing this you will get a list of recommended forums to join and participate in.

While doing your search make sure you look for forums that have at least 10,000 members. This will increase your chances of getting enough traffic that will subsequently pay for the time you have spent posting on the forum.

Next, prepare a good signature through your profile settings. Create something that will get everybody’s attention towards you after reading your posts. However, do not overtly try to advertise your signature, but rather be subtle and get the message across. Every little detail you think will add to your credibility should be added in your profile.

Once you have done this, introduce yourself to the community. After that make sure you regularly post on the forum. Traffic will not come if you have not regularly posted on the forums for at least 2 weeks.

Only Post High Quality Content

Every day you will encounter new people who will post questions. Try to reply to every post that you have an answer to or an opinion about. Do this for at least 5 people each day on each forum. You can also ask relevant questions yourself for attracting replies so that people will notice your signature link.

Also, try to write posts that are informative and are relevant. This benefits others on the forum. You should also write articles based on your experience. For example, write about topics in areas where you have been successful in getting traffic, or write about any similar useful tip that would help others build their businesses.

Following these two tips will help make your presence known in the forums, not to mention make you highly reputable. Others will come to you with questions if they feel you will greatly benefit them.

FOREX Traders: The Need to Be Objective

It is difficult for FOREX traders to realize that the currency market is extremely unpredictable. As new traders spend some time trying to learn the mechanics of foreign exchange trade and focus their time and energy on trying to find a method for predicting movements, they naturally expect some rules governing the movement of the market. This not being the case, many traders find themselves at a disadvantage.

While FOREX traders have a number of tools at their disposal that allow them to judge when it is right to open or close a position, many prefer to rely mostly on one tool. So, having opened a position, they watch their favorite indicator and, to a large extent, base their trading decisions solely on it, thereby ignoring the others.

This works well until that indicator starts telling them something different from what the others are. Traders caught in an open position where their favorite tool is telling them to hold will often do so, despite the fact that other tools are telling them to close and get off the market. These traders end up losing money.

The basic problem, of course, is that the trader is not looking at the market as is, but through the lense of his or her own expectations about it and further using his or her favorite indicator to reinforce those ideas instead of looking at the bigger picture. Therefore, encouraged by the fact that his or her chosen indicator is forecasting the profit he or she wants, the trader is focusing more on money than on the market.

If the FOREX market was predictable, it would collapse because each trader would profit at all times. There are many tools that can help traders predict the direction of the market, and they usually do an efficient job. However, even in the hands of the most experienced traders, the best tools occasionally fail to predict the market’s movements correctly.

Losing in trade because of predicting the market incorrectly is an innate part of FOREX trading, and traders need to accept it. Besides, they need to learn to avoid getting in a position where they do not have many choices.

For this, the trader needs to accept the fact that the foreign exchange market pretty much has a mind of its own, and traders have to follow its movements instead of trying to make it go in the direction they want it to.

09/16/2010 PRESS RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. - Sep. 16, 2010: RealtyTrac (realtytrac.com), the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, today released its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for August 2010, which shows foreclosure filings - default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions - were reported on 338,836 properties in August, a 4 percent increase from the previous month but a 5 percent decrease from August 2009. One in every 381 U.S. housing units received a foreclosure filing during the month.

The trend lines of decreasing default notices and increasing bank repossessions converged in August, with virtually the same number of new default notices and bank repossessions for the month - a clear indication that the clogged foreclosure pipeline is being carefully managed on both ends by lenders and servicers,' said James J. Saccacio, chief executive officer of RealtyTrac. 'On the front end, seriously delinquent loans are rolling into foreclosure at an unusually slow rate, while on the back end the dammed-up inventory of properties already in foreclosure is moving to REO in steady stream rather than a flood - presumably to prevent further erosion of home prices.'

Foreclosure Activity by Type:

A total of 96,469 U.S. properties received default notices (NOD, LIS) in August, a 1 percent decrease from the previous month and a 30 percent decrease from August 2009 - the seventh straight month where default notices have decreased on a year-over-year basis. Default notices peaked in April 2009, when 142,064 were reported nationwide.

Default notices increased on a monthly basis in some states, counter to the national trend. Default notices in California increased on a month-over-month basis for the third month in a row, and New York, Indiana, Ohio and Florida also registered month-over-month increases in default notices.

Foreclosure auctions (NTS, NFS) were scheduled for the first time on a total of 147,003 U.S. properties in August, a 9 percent increase from the previous month and a 2 percent increase from August 2009. The August total for scheduled auctions was the second highest monthly total in the history of the report, which goes back to April 2005, and was 7 percent below the peak of 158,105 in March 2010.

Lenders foreclosed on 95,364 U.S. properties in August, the highest monthly total in the history of the report and about 2 percent higher than the previous peak of 93,777 bank repossessions (REOs) in May 2010. August REO activity increased 3 percent from the previous month and was up 25 percent from August 2009 - the ninth straight month where REOs have increased on a year-over-year basis.

Nevada, Florida, Arizona post top state foreclosure rates in August

Nevada continued to document the nation's highest state foreclosure rate for the 44th straight month, with one in every 84 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing in August - 4.5 times the national average. Nevada maintained the nation's highest state foreclosure rate despite a 25 percent year-over-year decrease in foreclosure activity in August - the 11th straight month where Nevada foreclosure activity has decreased on a year-over-year basis.

Florida foreclosure activity decreased on a year-over-year basis for the fifth straight month in August, but the state's foreclosure rate still ranked second highest among all states. One in every 155 Florida housing units received a foreclosure filing in August - 2.5 times the national average.

One in every 165 Arizona housing units received a foreclosure filing in August, the nation's third highest state foreclosure rate, and one in every 194 California housing units received a foreclosure filing in August, the nation's fourth highest state foreclosure rate.

One in every 220 Idaho housing units received a foreclosure filing in August, the nation's fifth highest state foreclosure rate. A total of 2,915 Idaho properties received a foreclosure filing in August, an increase of nearly 9 percent from the previous month and an increase of 11 percent from August 2009. Idaho was the only state with a top 5 foreclosure rate to document a year-over-year increase in foreclosure activity.

Other states with foreclosure rates ranking among the top 10 in August were Utah, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois and Hawaii.

Five states account for more than 50 percent of national total

California alone accounted for 20 percent of the national total in August, with 69,143 properties receiving a foreclosure filing during the month - a 3 percent increase from the previous month but a 25 percent decrease from August 2009.

Florida accounted for nearly 17 percent of the national total, with 56,877 properties receiving a foreclosure filing - a 10 percent increase from the previous month but a 9 percent decrease from August 2009. Florida default notices were down 46 percent from August 2009 but increased 2 percent from the previous month, ending five straight months of month-over-month decreases in Florida default notices.

Michigan, Illinois and Arizona each accounted for about 5 percent of the national total in August, with 17,764 Michigan properties receiving foreclosure filings, 16,808 Illinois properties receiving foreclosure filings, and 16,510 Arizona properties receiving foreclosure filings.

Other states with foreclosure activity totals among the nation's 10 highest in August were Georgia (16,366), Texas (14,290), Ohio (13,479), Nevada (13,385), and Washington (6,760).

Metro foreclosure hot spots continue downward trend

All 10 metro areas with the nation's highest foreclosure rates in August posted year-over-year decreases in foreclosure activity for the second month in a row.

The Las Vegas-Paradise, Nev., metro area documented the highest foreclosure rate among metropolitan areas with a population of 200,000 or more, with one in every 73 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing, despite a 25 percent decrease in foreclosure activity from August 2009.

Foreclosure activity in Modesto, Calif., decreased 10 percent from August 2009, but the city still documented the nation's second highest metro foreclosure rate, with one in every 95 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing in August. Six other California metro areas had foreclosure rates ranking among the top 10: Stockton at No. 3 (one in every 100 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing); Merced at No. 6 (one in 111); Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario at No. 7 (one in 113); Bakersfield at No. 8 (one in 120); Vallejo-Fairfield at No. 9 (one in 124); and Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville at No. 10 (one in 125).

Two Florida metro areas registered foreclosure rates among the top 10: Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Fla., at No. 3, with one in every 104 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing; and Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach at No. 5, with one in every 111 housing units receiving a foreclosure filing.

Report Methodology:

The RealtyTrac U.S.

Easy Veggie Meal Plans is your source to help you discover how to quickly lose weight the healthy way with new simple, easy, and cheap veggie meal plans.

The difference between vegetarian and vegan is that Vegans eat no animal products at all; that includes eggs, milk, cheese, and anything else that has been cooked in animal fat. Vegetarians, on the other hand, will generally eat those things, or some plus or minus a combination of those things.

Kardena Pauza is a former Ms. Fitness America; she will show you which foods to eat to lose body fat and which foods you should avoid. She will also teach you how to get enough complete protein sources so you can maintain and even build muscle on vegetarian or vegan diet.

With Easy Veggie Meal Plans you'll get a 90-day meal plan for men or women that is full of vegan meals that will save you time and money. It will teach you how to begin a new vegetarian life style.

Some people may struggle when starting a vegetarian diet, and even some people reportedly gain weight while starting vegetarian diets, but it is all because they don’t know right vegetarian life style. Beginner vegetarians often eat all their meals from boxed foods found in the freezer section at the grocery store, and before they realize it, they gain ugly belly fat from the excess sugar and sodium in those so-called health foods.

Kardena also shows you how eating too much meat can be harmful to your body, and she also blows away the myth that you cannot satisfy your protein requirements without eating meat. She will tell you how eating the right vegetarian diet - full of healthy living foods, anti-oxidants, and nutrient-rich meals – will give you more energy than a teenager, plus the complexion of a cover model and the healthiest body of anyone at any age.

The vegetarian life style is becoming popular because it really works. Most of Hollywood’s celebrities, for example Brad Pitt, Christie Brinkley, Jerry Seinfeld, Gwyneth Paltrow, Carl Lewis, Bodybuilder Bill Pearl, Alicia Silverstone, Martina Navratilova, Liv Tyler and Anthony Robbins, have adopted the vegetarian lifestyle. The Easy Veggie Meal Plans program also teaches you how you can adapt to vegetarian foods with convenience and how they can be cooked faster and more conveniently than meat meals. Moreover, the program comes with a 60-day money back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with the program, you don’t have anything to lose other than ugly fat!

A newsletter allows you to inform the public about your company and products as well as your services. This way you can keep your subscribers posted and updated about what’s going on with your company. This also allows you to inform your readers about promotions and offerings. A newsletter will help you to remind your subscribers that you are still there and are willing to offer deals and services.

In addition, newsletters allow you to impress your subscribers. You will show your expertise and knowledge about the topic at hand as well as the many benefits you can offer. When you impress people, they become potential customers, and another great thing is that they can recommend you to their friends, colleagues and family. This could very well provide you will additional customers in the future.

If you do not have a newsletter for your site, then you should consider researching and learning how to publish one. It is not as easy as it seems, but if and when you get the right idea and process, it will be smooth sailing from there on. Take time to learn what you need to about getting your newsletter ready so you can attract subscribers and get traffic to your site.

Below are five things you should consider when you decide to start publishing your newsletter for your site.

1. Make sure the content of your newsletter pertains to and is closely associated with your business or theme of your site.

Do not dwell too much on what could be regarded as your field of expertise. You have started a site and your theme will always be something about which you are knowledgeable. For example, if you have a site that sells auto car parts, your newsletter must contain articles or content plus photos that pertain to cars, auto parts, and such. You may also include content about your company and your staff.

Remember that visitors of a certain site are there because they are interested in what your site has to offer. If they sign up for an opt-in list or for a newsletter this means that they want updates for that certain theme or subject. So be sure when you publish your newsletter that you are providing for the need of the subscriber as well as for their interests.

2. Ensure that you have well written informative and content rich articles.

Your articles will be the body of your newsletter, and it should excite your readers as well as provide information. Articles should be well written and checked for errors such as spelling and grammar so they will look professional and believable. Your clients’ trust to you and your newsletter is at stake.

3. Fact-check your articles.

Make sure you provide true facts and figures so that your reputation as an expert and knowledgeable in that field is not questioned. If you lose the trust of your subscribers, then they may unsubscribe from your newsletter. You will lose many potential sales this way.

4. Provide fresh, new articles that provide new information to your subscribers.

Publishing stale and old news in your newsletter tends to go noticed to people or subscribers who have already read and know about old news. They will lose interest because of this and will turn away before reading what is important, your ads. Subscribers may not read or even open any of your future newsletters; therefore, they will probably not visit your site and make purchases.

5. Never use copyrighted materials such as photos and articles.

This is outright plagiarism, and you may get into a lot of trouble for this. You can lose your business and get sued over copyright infringement. If you do not have the time to write your own articles, there are many willing and able professional article writers who can do it for you for a reasonable fee. Your investment in writing and publishing articles will be well worth it when you see your list build up and your traffic increasing.
